Delivery FAQ
1. How long does delivery take?
In Europe, delivery usually takes up to 3-8 days.
During public holidays, delivery may take a few days longer.

2. What are delivery methods?
Parcels are delivered by registered mail and to the nearest DPD and Omniva pickup point, DPD courier to your personal address.
3. What is the delivery price?
Handling and delivery price for European countries to a pick up point is 3,99 EU, and 4.99 EU when using a courier delivery service for the items that are too large to be delieved to a pick up point. We offer free delivery for orders equal and over 100 EU.
4. Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as we ship your order, you will receive a tracking number to your email. You can use it to track the status of your shipment on our partner delivery platforms.
5. What should I do if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we apologize for the inconvenience. You need to contact us on email shop@njorde.eu within 2 business days of receipt by email or phone, and attach a photo of the damage or the incorrect item. We will resolve the situation as soon as possible. You will be offered a replacement or full refund.
