I. General Provisions
1. These Rules are a legally binding document that outlines the mutual rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Buyer (hereinafter referred to as “You”) and the Seller (hereinafter referred to as “We”) when purchasing clothing in the online store https://njorde.eu/ (hereinafter referred to as the “E-store”).
2. We reserve the right to update or amend these Rules at any time. The updated rules apply to all orders from the moment they are published in the E-store.
3. The Buyer must read the Rules before placing an order. Placing an order confirms that the Buyer has read and agrees to the Rules.
4. The Seller is not responsible for any losses incurred by the Buyer due to not having read the information provided in these Rules.
II. Privacy Policy
1. When placing an order, the Buyer must provide all required information marked in the registration form. This data is necessary to fulfill the order successfully. If the Buyer agrees, informational messages about news and promotions may be sent by the Seller.
2. The following personal data is required to fulfill the order: name, surname, delivery address, phone number, and other delivery-related information. This data is used solely for order fulfillment and is not shared with third parties, except for service partners (e.g., couriers).
3. The Buyer agrees to keep login data secure and not to share it with third parties. The Buyer is responsible for any unauthorized use of their login credentials.
4. When browsing the E-store, cookies may be stored on the Buyer’s device to ensure website functionality and improve user experience.
5. The Seller uses advanced technologies and organizational measures to protect customer data.
III. Order Placement and Conditions
1. The Buyer visits the website, selects the desired clothing, and adds it to the shopping cart.
2. The Buyer provides the necessary information for order fulfillment: name, surname, address, phone number, and other required details.
3. The Buyer chooses the payment and delivery method.
4. Before confirming the order, the Buyer must ensure that the provided information is correct.
5. The order is considered submitted once it is received by the Store. The contract becomes effective upon payment.
6. Upon order submission, the system automatically sends a confirmation email with order details.
7. The Seller commits to processing the order after payment confirmation.
8. Orders are stored in the database in accordance with applicable laws.
9. Submission of an order confirms that the Buyer has read and agreed to all rules.
10. The contract is concluded and executed in the Lithuanian language.
IV. Product Features and Pricing
1. Each product’s features are described in its listing.
2. Due to different screen settings, actual colors, shapes, and details may slightly differ from those shown in photos.
3. The Buyer agrees to pay the price indicated in the order.
4. All prices are shown in euros (€).
5. If the delivered goods do not match the order, the Buyer must immediately inform the Seller via email or phone. The Seller will resolve the issue according to Lithuanian law.
6. The Seller commits to:
* Deliver goods as described;
* Deliver the quantity of goods specified in the order (unless the Buyer provided incorrect data);
* Inform about possible differences in delivery times for different products;
* Contact the Buyer if the order cannot be fulfilled due to unforeseen circumstances;
* Properly package the goods.
V. Returns
1. Each purchased clothing item comes with a 30-day return guarantee from the day of receipt.
2. To return an item:
* Contact shop@njorde.eu and state the reason for the return;
* Provide proof of purchase;
* The returned item must be unused, with tags, in its original packaging, undamaged, and in resalable condition.
3. Manufacturer’s warranty covers production defects. Warranty period is specified with the product.
4. Defective products must be returned following the same procedure.
5. The Seller will respond with a reasoned decision to the return request within 10 business days.
VI. Payment Terms
1. The Buyer can pay for the goods using one of the provided methods: a card, bank transfer or online banking.
2. Payment must be made immediately – order fulfillment starts only after payment is received.
VII. Delivery
1. Delivery time is indicated for each product. If issues arise, the Seller will contact the Buyer.
2. The Buyer must wait at least 24 hours after the expected delivery date before contacting the Seller.
3. The Buyer must provide an accurate address and a designated recipient.
4. If the Buyer does not accept the shipment delivered to the provided address, it is considered delivered.
5. Delivery methods are Post and DPD parcel terminals.
6. When choosing a parcel terminal, the nearest one can be selected.
7. If an incorrect or damaged item is delivered, the Buyer must immediately inform the Seller.

2. All communication and contract fulfillment are conducted in Lithuanian or English.
