Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return Policy)
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, without providing a reason, by notifying the Seller.
This right does not apply to goods listed in Article 6.228¹⁰(2) of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.

Conditions for Returning Goods
Returned goods must meet the following conditions:
- The product is unused, undamaged, and has not lost its commercial appearance
- All original labels, protective films, and accessories are intact
- The product is returned fully assembled and complete
- The product is returned in its original, clean, undamaged packaging
- A purchase document (VAT invoice or order confirmation) is provided
- A completed return form with bank account details for the refund is submitted
Minor changes to packaging or product appearance that were necessary to inspect the item are not considered damage.
If the product is improperly packed or incomplete, the Seller has the right to refuse the return.
Return Costs
- Return shipping costs are covered by the Buyer when returning a non-defective product
- Delivery costs are non-refundable
- If a quality product is returned, the Buyer is responsible for returning the item
Exchange or Return Due to Personal Preference
Products that do not meet the Buyer’s expectations (e.g. shape, size, color, model) may be exchanged or returned within 14 calendar days from delivery, provided all return conditions are met.
Defective or Poor-Quality Goods
If the product is defective or does not meet quality requirements, the Buyer must notify the Seller within 7 working days of receiving the goods.
In such cases, the Seller may:
- Replace the product with a quality item
- Reduce the price
- Refund the full amount paid (including delivery costs)
Refunds or replacements are processed within 30 days from the submission of the claim.
Defective goods must be returned in original packaging along with the purchase document.
Refusal to Accept Returned Goods
If the Seller refuses to accept returned goods due to non-compliance with return conditions, the Buyer must collect the goods at their own expense within 14 business days.
If the goods are not collected within this period, the Buyer is deemed to have waived ownership of the goods and is not entitled to a refund.
Refunds
- Refunds are made by bank transfer to the payer’s bank account
- Funds are returned within 5 business days after receiving and evaluating the returned goods
- The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete Buyer information
Non-Returnable Goods
Returns are not accepted for:
- Hygiene and health-related goods that were unpacked after delivery (e.g. bed linen, hygiene products)
- Products that cannot be returned to their original condition after use.
Damaged Shipments
Please inspect the shipment carefully. At when the parcel is delivered by a courier, the Buyer must inspect the parcel in the presence of the courier.
If packaging damage is noticed:
1. Inform the courier immediately
2. Mark the damage on the delivery document
3. Photograph the damaged packaging and product
If the shipment is accepted and signed for without remarks, it is considered delivered without damage.
Incomplete or Defective Delivery

- VAT invoice or order confirmation
- Photos of the product and packaging
- Description of the issue or missing part
- Preferred solution:
1. Replacement
2. Refund
Dispute Resolution
All disputes are resolved through mutual negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes are settled in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
Final Provisions
These return and warranty conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and apply only to individual persons (consumers). They do not apply to legal entities.
